The centerpiece of Zion Shores is a PerfectSwell® surf pool built to create repeatable, ocean-quality waves, alongside two UNIT® surf pools: a dynamic wave and a standing wave suited to a range of skill levels.
A private nine-acre lagoon with beach-style entry is planned for swimming and paddleboarding, along with pools, cabanas, a boardwalk, and gathering spaces. The lagoon is reserved for owners and renters rather than open to the public.
St. George dining, golf, and Southern Utah parks including Zion, Snow Canyon, and Sand Hollow stay within easy reach.

Zion Shores is still under construction, and Ember Stays isn't taking reservations there yet. Homes will become available as they're completed and as owners choose to rent them, and a first booking date hasn't been announced.

Zion Shores is a 30-acre resort community in Washington, Utah, just outside St. George and within driving distance of Zion National Park.
When will Zion Shores vacation rentals be available?
A first booking date hasn't been announced. Homes will open to guests as they're completed and as owners make their dates available.
Will renters be able to surf and use the lagoon?
Guests are expected to get access to certain community amenities through the home they stay in. Exact access, surf-session reservations, and any guest fees will be confirmed closer to opening.
Can I book a vacation rental at Zion Shores?
