How do you handle maintenance, repairs, and approvals?

We triage issues via work orders, dispatch vetted vendors, and follow pre-set approval thresholds (e.g., auto-approve under a fixed amount; request your approval above it). All invoices and before/after photos appear in your monthly report.

Can I still use my home personally?

Yes. You set blackout dates and owner stays in advance, and we protect those on the calendar. We’ll design booking rules that balance your personal use with income goals and minimize vacancy “Swiss cheese.”

What protection is in place for guest damage and liability?

Guests are identity-verified and agree to house rules. We collect deposits or damage waivers, inspect after each stay, and charge back documented damages. Your home carries STR-appropriate insurance; we can help review coverage levels during onboarding.
