We finally wired up Sanity as our headless CMS, and the whole thing took less than an hour.
Schemas were straightforward, the DX was clean, and content showed up in the app almost immediately. No refactors, no cascading changes, no regrets—just a fast, obvious integration that worked exactly as advertised.
In hindsight, the embarrassing part isn’t how easy it was. It’s how long we waited to do it.
